1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their order within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The diffuser must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition (including all accessories). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do essential oil diffusers work?
Our diffusers use ultrasonic technology to break water and essential oils into a fine, cool mist. This allows the oils to be dispersed into the air without heat, preserving their therapeutic benefits.
6. Are your diffusers safe to use around children and pets?
Yes. All our diffusers operate with cool mist (no heat). However, we recommend using pet-safe essential oils and keeping the diffuser out of reach of small children. Always check essential oil safety for pets before use.
7. How long does one fill last?
Runtime varies by model — most of our diffusers run between 4 to 10+ hours depending on mist level and water capacity. Exact runtime is listed on each product page.
8. Can I use any essential oil with the diffuser?
Yes. Our diffusers work with 100% pure essential oils. We recommend using high-quality oils for best results and to avoid clogging.
9. How do I clean my diffuser?
We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 3–7 days. Add a few drops of white vinegar or cleaning solution with water, run for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Always wipe dry after cleaning. Detailed instructions are included with each diffuser.
10. Do your diffusers have LED lights?
Most models include soft, adjustable LED ambient lighting with multiple colors and brightness levels. You can turn the lights off if desired.
11. Are the diffusers noisy?
Our diffusers are designed for quiet operation. Most run at a very low noise level, making them perfect for bedrooms, nurseries, and offices.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my diffuser arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
